WHAT QUALITIES SHOULD A GOOD CERTIFIED LEAN SIX SIGMA PROFESSIONAL HAVE?

In order to be a good Lean Six Sigma professional, you will first and foremost have to be a great communicator. It is your job to sell the need for process improvement and change to stakeholders, team members, and those financing your work. You must pursue perfection in order to find and eliminate flaws in processes, and you must always have a determined focus on the customer. You must also be a person who champions simplicity and ensures that no details are left uncovered in your understanding of the business as you design a process.

WHY IS LEAN SIX SIGMA SO IMPORTANT?

In our global economy, organizations constantly face rising costs of doing business and increasing competition in the marketplace. Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies work to help organizations by streamlining processes to increase profit, cutting down on waste to decrease costs, improving effectiveness and efficiency to deliver more products and services, and providing ownership and accountability to help build effective teams.
