This course covers a broad range of digital literacy skills needed in today's tech-driven society. You will learn key topics based on learning objectives covered on the IC3 Digital Literacy Certification exams. You will also be able to use the "Custom Path" feature to streamline the training process by skipping course lessons and exercises that correspond to skills/concepts passed in the pre-assessment.
This course offers enrollment with or without vouchers. The vouchers are prepaid access to sit for the IC3 Global Standard 5 (GS5) certifying exams upon eligibility. Proctor fees may apply, which are not included.

Prerequisites:

How long does it take to complete this course?
After you register, you will receive 3 months to complete the course. The time allotted for completion has been calculated based on the number of course hours.
What if I don't have enough time to complete the course within the time frame provided?
If you are unable to complete the course, contact your Student Advisor to help you work out a suitable completion date. Please note that an extension fee will be charged. If you are funded through a third-party organization, approval may also be required. After 12 months extensions are no longer available, and students will be required to purchase the course again if they do not complete.
What kind of support will I receive?
The course instructor will be available by email to answer any questions you may have and to provide feedback on your performance. Occasionally, your course may be supported by a team of industry experts. You will also be assigned a Student Advisor for academic support.
What is the passing score for this course?
The passing score for this course is 70%, however if you are going to sit for the certification exam it is recommended that you score a 90% or higher on all Post Assessments.
What happens when I complete the course?
Upon successfully passing the final exam, you will be awarded a certificate of completion from the school or organization that you registered through.
