Jeff Grognet has been a companion animal veterinarian for over 25 years. He is a pioneer in the field of veterinary assistant teaching, having developed his first course over 20 years ago. This progressed to four short courses and finally the development of this veterinary assistant program. Jeff practices with his wife at a veterinary hospital in British Columbia, Canada. He has published thousands of articles on animal health topics for newspapers and magazines

Marlissa Phillips is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner and has an MBA in       Management Accounting from DePaul University. She is currently an accounting instructor at Clark Atlanta University and has been a facilitator with Cengage Learning for nine years. Marlissa is proprietor of MJ Phillips Company. For more than 13 years, she has worked with small businesses in a variety of industries. Her firm also launched Heart2Heart Services, which focuses on the needs and concerns of nonprofit organizations. Marlissa provides training for clients as well as accounting professionals.

Wade Lindenberger is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), Certified Bookkeeper and has a Master of Accounting from the University of San Diego. He is currently a lecturer at the University of California, San Diego Rady School of Management and has been a facilitator with Cengage Learning for over 16 years.Wade has over 25 years of financial, accounting and management experience in public accounting and private industry. He is proprietor of Lindenberger Consulting. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer for The New Children's Museum and national Finance and Accounting Service Line Leader for Premier Alliance Group, a national professional services firm.  He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand, predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the "Big Four" CPA firms.

Tracy Berry has helped many organizations optimize and streamline data solutions. She teaches both onsite and online courses and has her CTT (Certified Technical Trainer) certification. Tracy specializes in teaching graphics, desktop publishing, web design, reporting/productivity applications, Microsoft Office, as well as the creation of online courses with software from leading vendors.

Tracy has been a senior graphic designer/programmer, instructor, and consultant since 1993. She has developed hundreds of logos, marketing materials, websites, and multimedia solutions for customers worldwide, including involvement in large corporate software rollouts. Tracy is also an expert in all Microsoft Office programs.
