Does this course prepare for a certification?
Yes. After successful completion of this Master Certification course, you'll be prepared to take both the core and expert level exams for Microsoft Word and Excel 2016, as well as the core exams for Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook 2016 — exams 77-727 and 77-728 (Excel), 77-725 and 77-726 (Word), 77-729 (PowerPoint), and 77-731 (Outlook). Exams are typically performance-based and require testers to use the software programs to complete tasks they are likely to see on the job. Each exam will take approximately 90 minutes to complete.

How long does it take to complete this course?
This course is self-paced and open enrollment, so you can start when you want and finish at your own pace. When you register, you'll receive six (6) months to complete the course.
What if I don't have enough time to complete my course within the time frame provided?
The time allotted for course completion has been calculated based on the number of course hours. However, if you are unable to complete the course, contact your Student Advisor to help you work out a suitable completion date. Please note that an extension fee may be charged.

What happens when I complete the course?

Upon successful completion of the course and current standings of financial obligation, you will be awarded a certificate of completion.
