PREREQUISITES

A High School Diploma or equivalent is recommended but not essential. You do not need any prior experience or training in this field. This course is designed to prepare you to become a veterinary assistant and learn the entry-level position concepts and skills to manage a veterinary practice as a full-charge bookkeeper.

You should have an Internet connection and be familiar with using the Internet. You should have basic computer skills. You should be comfortable in a Windows environment, and launch and close activities and navigate to information stored on the computer. You should also have the ability to manage files and folders.

You'll also need to have QuickBooks 2018 installed on your computer in order to complete the QuickBooks-related portion of the program.
